Return and Exchange Policy:
To start a replacement claim, send evidence (videos and pictures). If your order qualifies, we'll arrange a pickup from your address. Once you return the original item, we will issue a free new order using normal delivery. We will arrange pickup within three (3) days. Upon receipt of the products, provide pictures and a video of their unboxing.

Return Policy:
Product returns are only possible under certain circumstances:
Due to defects or damage, a product does not meet the standards offered on our website.
The company delivered the wrong products.
Change of mind:
Generally speaking, Grouponsouq refuses to consider returns for changes of mind. If a customer returns something without fault, 20% of the cost they paid will be deducted. The minimum deduction amounts to 200 QAR. You can initiate the return within three (3) days of receiving the order. The item must be unopened and in its original package.
Shipping Charges:
Grouponsouq does not cover shipping charges for returns. Even if the item was initially shipped for free, the buyer is still responsible for any incurred shipping costs.
Out-of-Stock Product Policy:
The product you bought is out of stock. Alternatively, there are problems with our inventory and quality control. In such situations, we may have to cancel your order. We'll notify you ahead of time about it. If you bought online, when our team verifies your request, you will get your money back. We will use the original payment method. No reimbursement is necessary if you choose cash on delivery.
Transportation Damage:
Grouponsouq packages the merchandise with the highest level of care. At the same time, we promise to pack the objects well. This will prevent damage during transportation. Please be aware that Grouponsouq is not responsible for any harm to the products during shipping.
Do not accept the order if the box is damaged. Record a video when accepting the order to provide evidence of any damage for a claim in case the product is damaged.
Exchange Policy:
Customers may seek a replacement within fourteen (14) days after delivery.
Replacement can only be processed when,
Damaged Product: if the delivered product is physically damaged.
Non-functional or flawed: if the item is defective or malfunctions upon delivery.
Incomplete order: if the delivered order is incomplete (missing accessories or parts).
The delivered products are not what were ordered.

The products arrived with physical problems. These included extra dents or scratches. Also: broken keys, a broken camera, and irregular battery timing.

There is a 14-day warranty that covers the terms and conditions for refurbishing products. The client needs to contact the GrouponSouq service center directly. They must do this to receive warranty service for those products within 14 days. Upon receipt of the product, provide pictures and a video of its unboxing.
Defects caused by things like lightning or unusual voltage are not covered. Natural disasters do not cause those. Drops, mishandling, or problems during the customer's transport of the product to a service facility from their home do not cause defects.
Report any damage, breakage, opening, repair, or alteration of the product.
Warranties do not cover accessories.
If the IMEI is deleted, edited, vandalized, or does not match the GrouponSouq database,

Any harm brought on by using erroneous software.
Users who abuse or disregard usage instructions are responsible for defects or damages not covered under this policy.
Always make an unboxing video when you get the products. No return, replacement, refund, or warranty claim will be valid without video or picture proof.
Poor customer packaging does not subject GrouponSouq to liability for damage. The buyer will receive the claimed item unaltered. Customers must wrap the item or put it in its box. This keeps it safe during shipment.
Before handing over the device, remove the Apple ID, passcode, or pattern lock. Or, supply the needed passcode, etc.
GrouponSouq is not responsible for any data loss or misuse. You must properly back up your data and erase it before turning the phone over.
This policy does not cover defects or damages. They must be due to user abuse or disregard for usage instructions.
The client must show the original invoice and IMEI number to be eligible for any services.
The client will pay the full handling and shipment costs. They will pay based on the actual amount. If the phone works perfectly, they will pay based on the actual amount.
