Shipping Method

·         GrouponSouq may need up to 48 hours to process any order before shipping.

·         GrouponSouq delivers orders Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver orders placed after 3 p.m. on Saturday and dispatch those on Monday.

·         High order volumes might lead to slight delays occasionally.

·         We process orders made on weekends or holidays on the following business day.

·         Orders within the United Arab Emirates qualify for free delivery.

·         Currently, our delivery service extends throughout the Qatar and GCC only.

·         Once your order ships, we'll send you an email with tracking information.

·         You can track your order with the provided tracking number.

·         Upon successful delivery, you will receive a confirmation email.

·         Confirm your order before 10 a.m. Qatar time for the option of same-day delivery at an additional cost of AED 30 per device.
